To mark December 9, we present the ninth Official Number 1 of 2012: Carly Rae Jepsen’s Call Me Maybe.

With its infectious chorus and LOLworthy video, Call Me Maybe seems to have been everyone’s guilty pleasure of 2012. So much so that it was the inaugural Number 1 on the Official Streaming Chart and spent 19 consecutive weeks in the Top 10!

On the Official Singles Chart, Call Me Maybe is tied with Gotye’s Somebody That I Used To Know for most consecutive week’s at Number 1 (four), and it is currently the second biggest selling single of 2012 so far.
