Madonna announces new album Rebel Heart, makes five songs available now

Madonna is the star who still likes to surprise, and Christmas has come early for the Material Girl's fans.

Following leaks of unfinished material which surfaced on the internet earlier this week, Madonna has announced her new album will be entitled Rebel Heart and is set for release on 10 March 2015.

In a statement on her official website, Madonna said: "I was hoping to release my new single 'Living For Love' on Valentine's Day with the rest of the album coming in the Spring. I would prefer my fans to hear completed versions of some of the songs instead of the incomplete tracks that are circulating. Please consider these six songs as an early Christmas gift."

So far, five songs have been released to UK iTunes:

Ghosttown
Devil Pray
Unapologetic Bitch
Illuminati
Bitch I'm Madonna (FT Nicki Minaj)

Producers announced so far are Diplo, Kanye West and Billboard ,who has worked with Britney Spears, Kesha, Robyn and Ellie Goulding. Madonna's official site also says that more songs will be made available on 9 February.
