Listen to Sam Smith’s new single, Stay With Me!

The BRITs Critics’ Choice winner debuts second single from his upcoming album, In The Lonely Hour.

Sam Smith has revealed that Stay With Me will be the follow up to his Official Singles Chart Number 1 smash Money On My Mind.

Sam announced the news in an interview with Zane Lowe on BBC Radio 1 last night (March 25). Stay With Me will be released in the UK on May 18, and his debut album, In The Lonely Hour, will follow a week later on May 26.

Back in February, Sam told OfficialCharts.com: “This single (Stay With Me) is kind of what we based a lot of the project on, and I’m properly introducing you into this In The Lonely Hour concept."

Sam has had an amazing 12 months, La La La, his collaboration with Naughty Boy debuted at Number 1 last June, and in February of this year he was awarded the BRITs Critics’ Choice prize. And not only that, earlier this month he scored his first solo Number 1 with Money On My Mind, becoming the first BRITs Critics’ Choice winner to debut at the top spot.
