Lady Gaga reveals official video for new single Applause

Lady Gaga has posted the official video for her Top 5 hit Applause online.

Lady Gaga has completed work on the video for her latest single, Applause. The singer debuted the clip on US TV show Good Morning America earlier today (Monday, August 19), and has subsequently posted it on YouTube.

Gaga was forced to rush release Applause last Tuesday afternoon (August 13), after it leaked online. Despite going on sale two and a half days later than the rest of last week’s new singles, Applause was the second highest new entry on the Official Singles Chart, debuting at Number 5. Up to midnight on Sunday morning (August 18) it had sold 38,000 copies in the UK.
