Kelly Rowland gets a new job at HMV?!

Kelly Rowland got behind the till at HMV's flagship store to promote her new album this morning (Monday, November 28).

It might sound like a bizarre headline, but when Kelly Rowland sang that she was ‘Down For Whatever’ she really did mean it. This morning (Monday, November 28) the former Destiny’s Child star / current X Factor judge joined staff behind the counter at London’s Oxford Street HMV.

But don’t worry Kelly fans, she’s not giving up on music, and her brief stint in music retail was to sell the first copy of her latest album, ‘Here I Am’, which was released today. After serving the first fan in line at the tills, Kelly signed albums and chatted to the ecstatic early morning shoppers.

“I'm so excited about 'Here I Am' being released and I wanted to share that with my fans,” said Kelly afterwards. “It was lovely to see them all this morning. I'm so grateful for their support.”
