Katy Perry’s Roar is STILL the UK’s most listened-to track!

Katy Perry has held onto the top of the UK’s Official Streaming Chart for a second consecutive week with Roar.

The US singer’s latest track knocked Avicii’s Wake Me Up (Number 2 today) off the top spot last week, denying the superstar Swedish DJ and producer the record for the Official Streaming Chart’s longest-running chart-topper. Avicii has been left tied with Daft Punk’s Get Lucky FT Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers, and Bastille’s Pompeii, which have all spent seven consecutive weeks at Number 1 on the chart.

Meanwhile, Ellie Goulding’s Burn falls one place to Number 3, Arctic MonkeysDo I Wanna Know? remains static at Number 4, and OneRepublic soar twelve places to Number 5 with Counting Stars.

New Entries and High Climbers

Jason Derulo’s Talk Dirty heads up an influx of seven new entries. The US singer, who entered the Official Singles Chart at Number 1 on Sunday, debuts at Number 20 on this week’s Official Streaming Chart. Avicii’s You Make Me enters a few places behind at 23, while Coldplay’s Atlas is new in at 51.

This week’s new entries are completed by Jessie J’s It’s My Party (Number 64), Ben Pearce’s What I Might Do (65), Example’s All The Wrong Places (71) and Avicii’s Hey Brother (80).

Daft Punk’s Lose Yourself To Dance FT Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers is this week’s highest climber, up 25 places to Number 61.
