Susan Boyle’s debut album I Dreamed A Dream stays at number one for a second week in the Official UK Albums Chart with yet more phenomenal sales, the Official Charts Company confirms today.
Last week I Dreamed A Dream recorded the biggest first week sales for a debut album in chart history. Now, in just two weeks, it has sold over 700,000 copies and is already one of the three best-selling albums of the entire year so far.

Westlife score their twelfth Top 10 album with Where We Are a new entry at number two.
Take That’s live album The Greatest Day – The Circus Live is new at number three. With over 123,000 copies sold in its first week it is the fastest-selling live album since 1994. Take That’s DVD, The Circus Live, the fastest-selling music DVD of all time, is the number one music DVD for the second week running.
In the Official UK Singles Chart, Official BBC Children In Need Medley by Peter Kay’s Animated All Stars, stays at number one for a second week.
There are two new entries in the Official UK Singles Chart Top 10: Alicia Keys with Doesn’t Mean Anything at number nine and Timbaland feat. Nelly Furtado with Morning After Dark at number ten.
