Disciples are back and partying hard on new single 48HRS

The South London trio are back with another bass-laden slice of deep house.

Since their 2015 breakthrough, Disciples have been slowly but reliably delivering the goods, dominating dance floors with hits including They Don't Know, How Deep Is Your Love (with Calvin Harris) and last year's On My Mind.

This week sees the South London production trio - Nathan Duvall, Gavin Koolmon, and Luke McDermott - return with new single 48 Hours; a chilled, bass-laden slice of deep house that picks up where last year's infectious On My Mind left off. As they tell us, "Duvall finds that bass line groove very easily when we use our trademark drums."

Created in a church in a place they describe as "the most obscure part of Deddington," 48 Hours captures that moment of spaced-out euphoria in the thick of a two-day rave, and features a brilliant spoken word section by Luke on which he declares "I can see the colour in these white walls... they light me up for 48 hours".

"The spoken word part was Luke in his element," they explain. "Nothing written, just straight off the top of the Dome. We wanted to capture what a 48 hour rave up truly feels like, and we hope this one gets people ready for the summer.’ Listen below:

48 Hours is out now ahead of their upcoming sold out show at London's KOKO on February 22.
