The combined power of Will.I.Am and Miley Cyrus fails to budge Clean Bandit’s massive-selling hit, Rather Be FT Jess Glynne, from the top of the Official Singles Chart.

Despite their incredible chart pedigree of 12 UK Number 1s between them, Will.I.Am, Miley Cyrus and friends’ Feelin’ Myself has been unable to budge Clean Bandit’s Rather Be from the top of the Official Singles Chart this week.

With sales of over 163,000, the London-based classical crossover quartet debuted in pole position last Sunday to score their first ever Number 1. Rather Be, which was co-written by Disclosure collaborator Jimmy Napes and features the vocals of up-and-coming singer Jess Glynne, has sold an equally impressive 137,000 copies in the UK over the last seven days.

"Number 1 for a second week? How amazing!” Clean Bandit’s Grace Chatto tells OfficialCharts.com. “Thank you SO much to everyone who has bought Rather Be, and big ups to Jimmy Napes for the lyrics and Jess Glynne for the wonderful singing. We’re very happy and can't wait for you all to hear what’s coming next!”

Will.I.Am’s Feelin’ Myself FT Miley Cyrus, French Montana and Wiz Khalifa is this week’s highest new entry, debuting at Number 2 with sales of 97,000 copies.

Pharrell Williams’ former Number 1, Happy, is down one place to Number 3 today, while electronic duo Gorgon City are new in at Number 4 with Ready For Your Love FT Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter and producer MNEK.

This week’s Top 5 is completed by Katy B’s Crying For No Reason (5). The track is the London singer’s fourth Top 10 hit to date.

New Entries and High Climbers

Katy Perry’s Dark Horse (Number 19), which knocked Pitbull and Ke$ha’s Timber off the top of the US’s Billboard Hot 100 last week, returns to the Official Singles Chart Top 40 today. Katy performed Dark Horse, at last weekend’s Grammy Awards.

If U Got It, US DJ and producer Chris Malinchak’s follows up his Number 2 smash, So Good To Me, is new in at Number 23, while The Weather Girls’ ‘80s classic, It’s Raining Men, re-enters the UK Top 40 at Number 31. The track, which has long been considered a gay anthem, has been the subject of a social media campaign to get it back into the Official Singles Chart following former UKIP councillor’s David Silvester’s comments blaming the UK’s recent bad weather on the government’s gay marriage bill.

Imagine DragonsRadioactive, which won the Best Rock Performance prize at the Grammys, climbs 43 places to Number 32, while Sophie Ellis-Bextor scores her 11th Top 40 solo hit today with Young Blood (34).

And finally, after coming second in the latest series of Celebrity Big Brother, N-Dubz star Dappy sees his 2011 Number 1, No Regrets, soar 43 places to re-enter the Top 40 at Number 40.
