Can Kungs finally oust Drake's One Dance to claim this week’s Number 1 single?

Drake and Kungs’ chart battle looks set to extend for another week on the Official Singles Chart as the pair continue a very close fight for Number 1.

Drake’s One Dance continues to lead the way on today’s Official Chart Update, but Kungs vs Cookin’ On 3 Burners’ This Girl is less than 2,000 behind at the mid-week stage. If Drake holds on for another week, it’ll be the rapper’s 14^th stint in pole position – edging him even closer to a record-breaking run at Number 1.

They also face a challenge from Chainsmokers, who continue to leap up the chart with Don’t Let Me Down, up four places from last week to Number 3. Drake and Rihanna’s Too Good sits at 4, and Calvin Harris and Rihanna’s This Is What You Came For rounds out the Top 5.

New entries and high climbers

Jonas Blue is on track to secure his second Top 10 on the Official Chart this week with Perfect Strangers, up ten places to Number 6 on today’s Update. His previous single, a cover of Tracy Chapman’s Fast Car, reached Number 2 back in February.

Big climbers on this week’s Official Singles Chart are set to come from Danish singer MO with Final Song, vaulting 22 places today to 31, while Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez’s We Don’t Talk Anymore moves 15 spots to 34.
