Brandon Flowers announces second solo album, single

Brandon Flowers has unveiled the artwork for his upcoming solo album.

The Killers frontman will release The Desired Effect on May 18 through Island Records. The official artwork appears below.

The album will be his second solo record, following 2010's Flamingo, which reached Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart and included the Top 10 single Crossfire. 

Flowers has also been posting a series of teasers for his new single Can't Deny My Love online, which fans will receive instantly when pre-ordering the album on March 24. 

Meanwhile, The Killers released their greatest hits album Direct Hits in 2013. The collection became their sixth Top 10 album, peaking at Number 6. Click here to view The Killers' Official Chart history.
