Best music pictures of the week: BRIT Awards, Rihanna, Daft Punk, more

The BRIT Awards red carpet hosts were announced while Phil Collins' support at his big Hyde Park gig was confirmed.

We're just around the corner from, the 2017 BRIT Awards and news was thick and fast this week concerning the iconic celebration of British music.

The 2017 BRITs will see Dermot O'Leary and Emma Willis hosting, but this week we learned more about the presenters fronting the ITV2 backstage special. Hosting the aftershow on ITV's sister channel, plus also guiding us through the red carpet proceedings will be BBC Radio 1's Clara Amfo, plus broadcasters Alice Levine and Laura Jackson.

Taking place on February 22, the BRITs will feature performances from Emeli Sande, Skepta, Bruno Mars, The 1975, Little Mix and Robbie Williams, with more megastars set to be announced.

Also in the news this week, Rihanna reminisced on her album Anti one year on, Daft Punk's first live set in three years was revealed, and Phil Collins' supporting acts for his British Summer Time Hyde Park headline slot were unveiled.
