Adam Lambert has unveiled a brand new song, called Welcome To The Show.

The singer will release the uplifting track in the UK on March 18, following his first live performance of the song on American Idol tonight.

“I wanted to surprise my fans with a new, uplifting anthem for the spring," Adam said.

"I asked Max Martin for help and he paired me up with two great writers and producers; Ali Payami, who worked with me on 'Ghost Town,' and Swedish star Laleh who is also a featured vocalist on the track. I feel this song will give people strength to be exactly who they are."

Welcome To The Show marks Adam's first new music since last summer's The Original High album, which peaked at Number 8 on the Official Albums Chart. Click here to see where all of Adam Lambert's singles and albums have charted in the UK

As if he wasn't busy enough, Adam is also lined up to play Eddie in an upcoming 2 hour TV event for The Rocky Horror Picture Show this year.
